The Tax Collectors
 The Knox County Trustee collects the property taxes for Knox County. Mr. Fred Sisk is the present Trustee.
His Office maintains a website providing detailed tax information on each real estate and personal property tax parcel. The County tax bills are mailed to the taxpayers in October and become delinquent on March 1 of the following year. Look up your Knox County taxes on this website.

The City of Knoxville also collects taxes on real estate and personal property using the same assessments as the County. The City tax bills are mailed in October and are delinquent beginning March 1 of the following year. The City also maintains a website which offers detailed tax information on all real estate and personal property parcels within the City. The City offers a one percent (1%) discount if the taxes are paid in full during October.
